Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Genius Lab, we are committed to providing a seamless and exceptional experience for all our valued participants. To ensure the smooth operation of our programs and the best possible learning environment, we have implemented a strict No Cancellation/No refund policy. This policy states that once a registration is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage participants to notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. However, please note that we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests, there will be no make-up for summer camp, day camp, and after-school clubs. We do not provide refunds or credits for missed sessions.

Secondly, we have implemented a Late pick-up surcharge policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but it's crucial to respect the designated pick-up times.

For every minute beyond the scheduled pick-up time, a surcharge of $1 will be applied. This policy aims to encourage timely pick-ups and to ensure that adequate supervision is maintained for all children.

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies or unavoidable delays. However, repeated instances of late pick-ups may result in further action, including additional fees or restrictions on extended care services.

Our No Cancellation/No Refund and Late pick-up policy allows us to effectively plan and allocate resources, including materials, instructors, and facilities, to deliver the highest quality STEAM education experience for all participants. It also ensures fairness and consistency for all attendees.
