STEAM Teacher Position:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated STEAM Teachers to join our team. As a STEAM Teacher at Genius Lab, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and interactive lessons that captivate students' imaginations and enhance their problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging curriculum, managing classroom activities, and inspiring a love for learning in your students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging STEAM lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported.

  • Foster students' curiosity and creativity through hands-on experiments, projects, and activities.

  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.

  • Collaborate with other staff to integrate STEAM concepts across different subjects.

  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress and classroom activities.

  • Stay current with STEAM trends and incorporate new ideas and technologies into your teaching practices.

Teaching Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support our STEAM programs. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include safely picking up students from school, helping set up and clean up activities, and providing support with homework and classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely pick up students from school and ensure their well-being during transport.

  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up before and after STEAM activities.

  • Help engage students in learning activities, ensuring they remain focused and motivated.

  • Check and review students’ homework, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Support the lead teacher with classroom management and any additional tasks as required.

  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for all students.

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning.
